Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information closely to ensure timely receipt of their package.
Kingfineapple Artistry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as missing. Any missing package claims must be submitted directly to the carrier prior to any replacement considerations.
Canadian Orders
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking information will be provided once shipped.
United States/International Orders
Due to customs duties, brokerage fees and increased shipping costs. United States and international orders are not processed automatically through out website, they are handled manually to ensure transparency. If you are located outside of Canada and wish to place an order, please email us at Info@kingfineappleartistry.com and please include;
- Full Name
- Shipping Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address (if it's different than the one you place the order with)
- List of products you wish to purchase
A custom invoice will be provided once shipping and duties are reviewed.
Customs, Duties & Fees
All customs, duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Kingfineapple Artistry is not responsible for additional fees charged at delivery.
If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or fees, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand fully behind the quality and integrity of our products and the intention behind everything we create.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final on lash products and we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of deliver with photos and your order number at Info@kingfineappleartistry.com.
Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition for store credit only. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code for future use. Store credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
